Semen Analysis & Storage
Semen Analysis
About 10-15% of all couples are involuntarily childless. In about 1/3 of these cases infertility is caused by male factors. If your attempts to achieve pregnancy have failed, it might be a good idea for you to have your semen tested. It might also be reassuring to have your semen analysed merely as a matter of precaution.

Semen Storage
The reasons for storage of semen can be many, but a common feature of all cases is the future possibility of becoming a father.
Semen Storage is an option if:
- you are considering a vasectomy (sterilization),
- you work with dangerous chemical reagents etc. and are concerned that you might damage your sperm,
- you have cancer or some other disease where medical treatment (for instance chemotherapy or radiation) might sterilize you,
- you are under treatment for infertility, but cannot be present at the planned time for treatment or if you know that you might find it difficult to ejaculate on command at the time of treatment or
- you merely wish to secure your reproductive capacity.
Cryos prepares and freezes thousands of ejaculates every year and therefore has extensive experience within this field.
