Free Reservation (period) for 6 months
We would like to assist you if your planned fertility treatment is cancelled or postponed due to the COVID-19 situation. Therefore, we are happy to offer you a 6 months free storage period of your purchased straws applicable to extension of existing reservations, or on new reservations that are affected. You get the 6 free months by sending us an email or by indicating “6-month storage COVID-19” on the remarks section.
Choose a donor for your fertility treatment and we will keep the sperm straws you purchase on storage at our facilities for up to 6 months – until your clinic is ready to start fertility treatment again. Please contact our Clinic Account Team and they will be happy to help you convert your order into a reservation.
By using the reservation option, you are insured that your favorite donor is still available when your fertility treatment begins.
If your clinic can receive, Cryos can deliver
Despite the COVID-19 situation, you can still place and have your order delivered as long as your clinic is able to receive the sperm straws. Please check with your clinic or authorized healthcare professional whether they are receiving orders at this time. Cryos cannot refund or reimburse for orders that have left our facilities.
Unfortunately, you cannot get a sperm analysis at Cryos at the moment. In urgent cases, you can still store sperm at Cryos if necessary. See the FAQ below.
