What are the sperm donor requirements?

To become a sperm donor, you must be between 18 and 45 years old. At Cryos we do not have any requirements regarding your hair colour, height or education level, and we accept men from all ethnic groups, races, and nationalities. However, once you have been approved as a donor, you must be able to visit us regularly (and at least 10 times within 10 weeks).

The most important requirement when becoming a donor is your sperm quality and health status. Before you can start donating, we will therefore analyze your sperm and make different health checks to ensure that you are fit for donating.
