What does it mean to be an egg donor?

As an egg donor, you donate some of your eggs to women and/or couples who need a fertile egg to conceive. In other words, you give the gift of life.

The egg donation takes place at Cryos’ egg bank facilities in Cyprus or one of our partnering clinics, and you will be compensated for your time, effort, and expenses (such as travel) in accordance with EU guidelines.

Donated eggs are frozen and stored at Cryos until a woman or couple need them in their fertility treatment. As an egg donor, you will not know who receives the eggs, and children born with help from your donations will not be yours.
