<h1>What is the difference between a Basic and an Extended Donor Profile?</h1>
As an egg donor at Cryos, you must choose to have a Basic or an Extended Donor Profile. The difference is how much information is given to the recipients of donor eggs.
A Basic Donor Profile includes limited information, such as your race and ethnicity, eye, and hair colour, height and weight, your blood type, and your education/profession.
An Extended Donor Profile furthermore includes photo(s) of you as a child, an Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EQ) Profile, a handwritten message and an audio recording from you to the child or future parents, and a questionnaire about your interests, experiences, family background, and more.
It is up to you which <a href="/en-gb/cy-shop/donor/become-an-egg-donor/egg-donor-profile/">Donor Profile</a> you want. If you choose an Extended Profile, it requires you to provide different pieces of information we can include in your profile. You will of course be <a href="/en-gb/cy-shop/donor/become-an-egg-donor/benefits-and-compensations/">compensated</a> for your time.
