We know that fertility treatment and selecting an egg donor can take up energy and resources. Below we guide you on how to order donor eggs by taking you through the process one step at the time. Before you start your egg donor search, please investigate which regulatory requirements are in place in your country regarding egg donation and choice of donor. Learn more under How to get started with donor eggs, and if you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team who is ready to help you.

Step 1: Create a private account
To access all information about the Cryos donors, you must start by creating a personal account on our website. If you already have an account, you can skip this part and proceed to step 2.
To create a free account, you can either go to our Egg Donor Search where you will be asked to log in or create an account, or you can click on the small person-icon at the top of our website. Choose “Create account”, fill out the requested information and click “Next”.
You will then be asked to indicate your country of residence and the country in which you will receive treatment. This is important, as this will help us show you only the donors that are relevant to you. Be aware that selecting a country where treatment with donor eggs is not allowed, or where only ID Release or Non-ID Release egg donors are accepted, your search results may be limited. If your initial search does not give you the results you were hoping for, please contact our Customer Care Team to get help on which country to choose to get more options.
When you create an account, we will send you a verification email. Please follow the instructions in this email to complete your registration.

When you become pregnant
When you, hopefully, get pregnant, remember to register your pregnancy. We recommend that you register your pregnancy when you have passed the first trimester and before the birth of your child.
If you do not become pregnant with the selected donor
If you do not become pregnant after fertility treatment with the selected donor, we recommend that you keep your Quota Reservation (if you have one) so you can continue treatment with the same donor. If you do not wish to continue treatment with the donor, and you have not obtained pregnancy, you can have your Quota Reservation refunded.
