    Cryos donor egg price list

    Our pricing explained

Put simply, the more donor eggs, the higher your total cost. At Cryos we offer straws containing one, two, or three donor eggs which gives you the flexibility to reserve and purchase any amount of donor eggs. The price per donor egg is the same, no matter which type of straw you choose.

Example of how the number of donor eggs affects price

For example, Donor “X” has 16 eggs available for sale at EUR 613 per egg.

    • One straw containing one donor egg costs EUR 613 per straw.
    • One straw containing two donor eggs costs EUR 1,226 per straw.
    • One straw containing three donor eggs costs EUR 1,839 per straw.

You are free to purchase any combination of available straws you want and choose the quantity of frozen donor eggs you need.

E.g., if you need four donor eggs from Donor “X”, the total price will be EUR 2.452 no matter if you purchase two straws containing two eggs each or one straw containing one egg and one straw containing three eggs.

Many doctors and fertility clinics will recommend a cohort of 6-8 frozen donor eggs for your fertility treatment. We recommend that you consult your clinic regarding how many donor eggs to order.

Frozen donor eggs can be used in ICSI treatment.

    How to purchase donor eggs?

Donor eggs can be purchased online via our free egg donor search. Once you have found your favourite donor, you can select the number of eggs you require and indicate when you need us to send them. See our full guide about how to order donor eggs

What happens after I have purchased donor eggs?

Once you have purchased frozen donor eggs and had them delivered to a fertility clinic of your choice, the clinic staff will thaw them and inject the eggs with sperm from your partner or a sperm donor. This is called ICSI treatment. The eggs that are successfully fertilized will be monitored in a lab for up to 5 days. By then, some of them will hopefully have developed into blastocysts, which is the early stage of an embryo.

Meanwhile, the woman receiving the eggs will be given medication to prepare the uterus for an embryo transfer. If the embryo implants and develops into a pregnancy, this will be visible on a pregnancy test after a few weeks.
