How to become a sperm donor at Cryos?

Who can become a sperm donor?
To become a sperm donor at Cryos, you must be a physically and mentally healthy man between 18 and 45 years old, and not take any daily medication. You can read more about our donor requirements here.
We seek all types of men from all ethnic groups, races and nationalities, and we hope to hear from you.

The donation experience at Cryos
If you become a sperm donor at Cryos, we will be happy to welcome you in the nice and informal atmosphere at one of our central locations in Aarhus, Aalborg, Odense, and Copenhagen.
We understand if it feels a bit awkward or challenging at first - but try to remember that all of us at Cryos handle sperm for a living, and that we consider sperm donors as everyday heroes giving life to other people’s dream of a child.
As a sperm donor you can visit us 1 or 2 times a week – or more if your sperm quality allows it. At each visit we ask you to register at the counter upon arrival.
The actual donation then takes place in one of our private donor cabins with access to a great variety of porn material, including the unique possibility of a Virtual Reality porn experience (learn more in the video below).
Once you are done, you can leave Cryos with a good conscience, knowing that your act of donation makes a big difference for other people. You will of course be compensated for your time. Moreover, as a little extra symbol of our gratitude, you can look forward to receiving small surprises at selected times during your time as a donor.
What to consider as a sperm donor?
If you want to become a sperm donor you have to decide which type of donor you want to be. You can choose between a Basic or Extended Donor Profile, and whether to be an ID Release or Non-ID Release donor. When you are considering whether to be an ID Release or Non-ID Release donor, you can read about donor anonymity and future contact for more information.
There is a big demand for sperm donated by ID Release sperm donors, and we will therefore consider it a plus if you choose this option. However, the decision is all yours.
