What is a sperm donor profile?

When you have been accepted as a sperm donor with Cryos, you can choose between a Basic Profile and an Extended Profile. Below, you can see the information that is included in the two profiles:

• Basic Profile: Race, ethnicity, eye colour, hair colour, height, weight, blood group and occupation/education
• Extended Profile: Family background, physical characteristics, education, occupation, personality, health and family history, photos from your childhood, a hand-written greeting, a sound file, staff evaluation and emotional intelligence test

If you chose to register with an Extended Profile, you will not be able to change to a Basic Profile, or vice versa, at a later date. If you have questions about choosing a profile type, please contact our donor coordinator.
