Is it difficult to become a sperm donor?

To become a sperm donor you have to fulfil certain criteria. For example, to be a donor your sperm has to be of a very high quality, and it needs to maintain its quality despite being frozen at -196 degrees. Many applicants get turned down because their sperm does not pass this quality test. At Cryos, only 5-10% of applicants are approved.
