Family limits and Quota Reservations
When purchasing sperm from Cryos, you may be met with the term Quota Reservation. A Quota Reservation is a way of ensuring that the limit of pregnancies achieved by the same donor is not exceeded. In some countries, a Quota Reservation is mandatory.
When you order donor sperm for treatment in a country where a Quota Reservation is required, we request a fee. This is meant as an incentive to terminate the Quota Reservation if it is no longer needed and let other families use it instead. The Quota Reservation can be terminated and fully refunded within 3 years from the date of purchase.
