If so, you can apply as a sperm donor at one of our US sperm bank locations here. As a sperm donor at Cryos, you will make a big difference in other people’s lives, and at the same time, you have the possibility of making up to $720 per month for your time and effort.

Please note that you must live or work within one hour of the sperm bank location while being a donor at Cryos.
Requirements to become a sperm donor
To become a sperm donor at Cryos, you must be between 18-44 years old, acquired a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, have good sperm quality, and meet our physical and mental health requirements. You must also be within a one-hour drive from one of our locations, in order for you to easily attend your appointments during the screening and donation process.
At Cryos we welcome men of all ethnicities and phenotypes. Before you apply, please check out our sperm donor requirements. We accept donors who meet our requirements and consider each donor applicant specifically on these requirements.
The process of becoming a sperm donor
If you meet the requirements and you wish to become a sperm donor, you must go through a few steps:
- Submit an online sperm donor application form
- Make an appointment for an initial sperm analysis
- Complete our clinical examination and psychological assessment
- Receive our approval – you can begin donating!
After being accepted as a sperm donor at Cryos, you must donate regularly (minimum 10 times within a period of 10 weeks). We prefer that you consider this a part-time job and donate 2-3 times per week.

FAQ’s related to sperm donor application
When will I know if my application has been approved?
Once you have submitted a sperm donor application form, our local sperm donor team will review your application. If you meet our qualifications, we will reach out to you to set up an appointment for your first visit.
What happens if my sperm donor application is approved?
If you – based on your sperm donor application – meet our qualifications, our team will contact you to make an appointment for an initial sperm analysis. If the analysis shows that you have a good sperm quality, you can proceed with the sperm donor process which includes a clinical examination and psychological assessment. If you are approved for donation, you can start as a sperm donor and visit us up to three times a week.
How long after the application do I start to receive compensation?
You will receive part of your compensation on the day of your donation. An additional amount will be added when the quality of your donation is approved. Finally, the rest of your compensation will be deposited to your account when all paperwork and testing is done and the 6-month quarantine period is over.
