Above you see our front desk where you’ll be greeted with a smile when you walk in. One of our donor coordinators will assist you with your appointments, donations and questions. Behind our front desk, you can see our lab technicians busy at work!
Cryos International’s Sperm Donor Lab
Here above is a better look at the Cryos sperm lab where our donor specimens are handled. You can see two of our laboratory technologists working with donor sperm to ensure the highest quality is acquired and preserved.
You can also see a few of our liquid nitrogen tanks that hold our sperm straws, containing millions of sperm cells from our donors. Cryos’ facilities are equipped with the latest and most technologically up-to-date tools and equipment to achieve the best results possible.
Cryos International's Egg Lab
On the other side of the office, we have the Cryos Egg laboratory, which you can see above. The egg lab is specially designed for handling eggs and has regulated temperatures at all times. The facility is equipped with high quality air filters to keep the air extremely clean, alongside the rest of the equipment in our standalone outpatient surgical center.
Our Tissue Bank Director, Corey Burke, is hard at work vitrifying eggs so they are ready to be frozen and stored. During this process, he will keep the lab very dim and have all surfaces warm to touch for the eggs to feel as though they are actually in the womb.
Cryos International Recovery Room
After you have completed surgery, if needed, you’ll be moved to our recovery center you see in the image above. Cryos had it designed and equipped with the proper necessities so you’re able to recover in peace and comfort.
Cryos Customer Care
In the image above you see our amazing Customer Care Lead (Kiaya) who has been with us for over 3 years. She helps answer all your questions, and arranges appointments and shipments for Cryos clients and donors. Her favorite part of her job is getting emails from mothers and families sending pictures of their new babies!
