Every Cryos donor has gone through an extensive screening process to ensure that they are physically and psychologically fit to become sperm donors. Below, one of our donors talks about his reasons for becoming a donor.
Adam & his motivation for donating
I became a sperm donor because by the time my wife and I wanted to have children of our own, it just didn’t seem realistic for us to have biological children without using an egg donor or surrogate. My wife is older than me and has always focused on her career. In doing all this research it turns out that there is a huge need for sperm donors and I decided that it was something I wanted to do. I wanted to make a difference in the world and help others.

After the sample is collected, the donor candidate must choose to be an Anonymous or Non-anonymous donor. If they choose to list as Non-anonymous, they can build a profile with attributes they choose to disclose to potential families.
Step 4:
The donor candidate then attends a medical exam and provides blood and urine samples for hereditary and infectious disease screening.
