What if we have complaints regarding our order?

All donor specimens are handled and processed according to our extensive Standard Operational Procedures. All sperm analyses are performed using a Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis (CASA) system which reduces the chances of human errors significantly. A post thaw analysis on every single ejaculate defines the final MOT level.

However, if after following our straw-handling recommendations, you find that the post-thaw count is low compared to the motility of the specimen, you are welcome to contact our Clinic Account Team, who together with our laboratory staff, will evaluate your claim.
