    How To Order For Your Clinic

    For IUI or ICI treatment by ID-release or Non-ID release donors, Cryos has made it easy for you and your patients to order donor sperm and eggs through our website. Here is our step by step guide to help you through the process.


        

      Clinic orders for donor sperm and eggs

      We have made it easy for you to order the donor sperm or eggs you need for your patient’s treatment. Once you have created and logged into your account, you can order for your patients at any time.

      Step 1: Start at cryosinternational.com

      Step 2: Create a Professional Account for your clinic. Separately, your patients will

      create a Private Account and input your clinic details under shipping information.

      To Create an account; simply click the profile icon located in the top right corner. From there click Professional account and input your clinic’s information. A copy of your clinic’s license will need to be uploaded at this time for our records. Please check all the form fields and then click the create button. For more details and information about working with Cryos as a clinic, you can also click the “For Clinics” button located at the bottom of the home page.

      Step 3: Go to Donor Search. Select either sperm or egg donor and sort by criteria such

      as appearance, anonymity, MOT levels and country standard. For each profile, you can further check the donor’s stock, prices, quality and pregnancy quota (for outside the US).

      Step 4: Select country of residence and treatment. If this is not selected, you will not be able to add the donor into the basket.

      Step 5: Select a donor by clicking on their name or “See details” under the donor of your choice. Once selected, enter the desired number of straws under “purchase’ or “reserve in the chart below the donor profile.

      Step 6: Click “Add to basket” and follow the ordering procedure by selecting delivery address, shipping date and method of shipment. Select “confirm” to complete.
