COVID-19 update

First of all, we want to stress that Cryos is still running. This means that you can still place an order on our website and that our Customer Care Consultants are ready to help and guide you as usual.

Due to the current Corona virus outbreak, we are in ongoing contact with both local and international healthcare authorities and we are of course following all official guidelines.

As this situation is evolving, we monitor the developments closely and will post updates on this page and on our Facebook page.

If your clinic can receive, Cryos can deliver

Despite the COVID-19 situation, you can still place and have your order delivered as long as your clinic is able to receive the sperm straws. Please check with your clinic or authorized healthcare professional whether they are receiving orders at this time. Cryos cannot refund or reimburse for orders that have left our facilities.

We are still here for you

Undergoing fertility treatment can cause a lot of questions. Cryos Customer Care is still available by e-mail [email protected] and by phone 0045 8676 0699.

To protect our team and diminish the risk of infection, we have divided our Lab and Customer Care into smaller teams. Therefore, please be patient when you contact our Customer Care since they’re now working from home at different hours.

We look forward to answering your questions.

      Sperm donations, analysis, and storage

Following the recommendations from the authorities, everyone who visits Cryos must be screened via phone and email prior to their visit.

This means that you cannot show up unannounced like before. This change in procedure is to protect you and our staff against getting infected with COVID-19.

If you wish to become a donor

Our donor coordinators are ready to answer any questions over the phone, and we welcome applications from new candidates. You can expect to be contacted within 24 (working) hours after having submitted your online application.

If you are already a donor

We are following all recommendations from the Danish Health authorities and are therefore not able to take in donors at the same speed as we did before. As the COVID-19-situation develops in a positive way, we will be able to take in more donors and will contact you as soon as we can welcome you back. You can also give us a call.
