Newsletter consent

Consent to receive marketing material related to our fertility treatment products from Cryos. 

I hereby give my consent that Cryos International ApS, CVR 29421838, Vesterbro Torv 3, 5th floor, DK-8000 Aarhus C and Cryos International - Cyprus Ltd., Company Registration Number HE381787, Krigkipos Karolou 6, Ayios Dometios, CY-2373 Nicosia can send me marketing material by e-mail and sms, regarding: 

• Competitions, events, news, articles, and other inspiration material with regards to Cryos’ products or business area within fertility treatment 
• Information and follow up in relation to my log in information, and any purchases or products that I have shown interest in on Cryos’ website 
• Information about products I have placed in my online basket and abandoned 
• A greeting on my birthday 

For this purpose, Cryos collects, stores and uses my personal information in the form of my name, e-mail address, phone number, postal code, country, information about my preferences regarding products and content on their website, as well as my date of birth. 

I accept that my consent can be used by Cryos to contact me with requests to update my consent, as well as requests to extend my consent to include other relevant products or communication. 

I can at any time withdraw my consent for receiving newsletters via the link that can be found at the bottom of every newsletter, email or sms with marketing material that I receive from Cryos, or by contacting Cryos here.

To ensure that others have not used my e-mail address to sign up to the Cryos newsletter, Cryos use a such called double opt-in. After signing up to the newsletter, I will thereby receive an e-mail with a link that I have to access in order to confirm that I wish to receive marketing material from Cryos.
