What is the difference between a Basic and an Extended Donor Profile?

When becoming a sperm donor at Cryos, you must choose between being a Basic or Extended Donor Profile. The difference is how much information is available in our Donor Search.

• A Basic Donor Profile includes limited information, such as your race and ethnicity, eye, and hair color, height and weight, blood type, and your education/profession.
• An Extended Donor Profile furthermore includes photos of you as a child, a handwritten message, an audio recording from you to the child or future parents, and a questionnaire about your interests, experiences, family background, and more.

It is up to you which Donor Profile you want. If you choose an Extended Profile, it requires you to provide different pieces of information we can include in your profile. You will of course be compensated for your time.
