How long is the egg donation process? 

The egg donation process can be divided into two overall steps: 

Being approved as a donor: First, you need to be approved as an egg donor. From the day you complete your application, it can take about 3-4 months until you are eligible for egg donation. During this time, we will perform different health checks including a fertility check, as well as physical and mental exams and an assessment of your family medical history and a genetic test to minimize the risk of transferring genetic diseases to potential children born from your donations. 

The donation process begins: Once you are approved as a donor and ready to begin donation, the stimulation and egg retrieval will take about two weeks.
