How should I advise my patients regarding future contact with ID Release Donors?

The donor child can receive identifying information about an ID Release Donor at the age of 18 if they can document or render probable that they are the result of conception with donor sperm from a specific Cryos ID Release Donor.

The identifying information is the sperm donor's full name and date of birth and his latest address provided to Cryos by the donor himself. Cryos’ sperm donors have relinquished all rights and a sperm donor cannot assume paternity under Danish law. ID Release sperm donors have agreed to be contacted by the donor conceived children.
