<h2 aria-level="3">Nitrogen &ndash; LN2&nbsp;</h2>
Frozen donor egg and sperm straws are placed in a liquid nitrogen-charged, dry shipper tank, which is placed inside a transport box. The tank will keep the contents frozen for up to&nbsp;12 days. To ensure the correct temperature is consistent an internal logging system monitors the tanks 24/7 during transport.
Frozen donor eggs and sperm must be stored in the nitrogen tank until use or be moved to another liquid nitrogen tank when it arrive at the clinic.

You choose the shipment date when you order online or place it with our Clinic Account Team. The earliest shipping date available is two business days after you place your order.&nbsp; 
<h2 aria-level="3">Delivery times&nbsp;</h2>
Cryos frozen donor eggs and sperm are delivered in the continental US via FedEx overnight priority shipping&nbsp;and typically arrive the next day by 10:30AM. Weather delays can affect delivery times and Cryos is unable to guarantee shipments that are delayed due to weather events.

<h2 aria-level="3">Returning the nitrogen tank&nbsp;</h2>
All shipments using the liquid nitrogen, dry shipper tanks are roundtrip. In the documents that are shipped with every order, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions with pictures on how to prepare the tank for return delivery.
Liquid nitrogen dry shipper tanks are to be returned to Cryos no later than 10 days after receipt of the shipment. Failure to return the tank within 10 days may result in additional charges for the tank rental. 
<h2 aria-level="3">Terms of delivery&nbsp;</h2>
DAP (Delivered&nbsp;At&nbsp;Place) in accordance with <a href="http://cargotrade.ee/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Incoterms-2010-e1413786156481.jpg" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Incoterms 2010</a>. This means door-to-door but excludes all forms of local customs formalities such as customs clearance, import clearance, customs duty, tax, etc. There are no customs formalities for shipments within the USA. Read also&nbsp;our <a href="/en-us/us-shop/professional/legal/terms-of-agreement/">Terms of Agreement</a>.&nbsp;
