Educational resources
To help you make informed decisions about fertility treatment, donor choice, etc., we offer guides, inspirational stories, and practical advice on our blog. Additionally, our newsletters provide step-by-step guidance on using donor sperm, hopefully making the process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Some of the popular resources on our blog include:
Supporting you through pregnancy and birth
A positive pregnancy test is an important milestone on your fertility journey, but it can also bring new questions and concerns, especially after fertility treatment. We understand that you may feel a mix of excitement and anxiety, and we are here to support you through it all.
The Midwife’s Guide
Whether you are navigating early pregnancy symptoms or preparing for birth, our online publication, ‘The Midwife’s Guide – Before, During, and After Pregnancy,’ written by Julie, a Fertility Midwife at Cryos Clinic, provides expert advice and reassurance throughout your pregnancy journey.

Pregnancy support on our blog
Our blog features a dedicated pregnancy section that covers a wide range of topics, from understanding pregnancy signs to tips on breastfeeding and managing the two-week wait. These resources are here to help you feel informed and supported as you move through this exciting time.
Supporting you in parenthood
Parenthood is filled with joy, challenges, and countless questions – some of which are a little unique when having conceived with help from a donor. Having an open, honest conversation with your child about donor conception is of great importance for your relationship and your child’s well-being and understanding of being donor-conceived.
Children’s book for donor-conceived
We have created a children’s book designed to help parents explain donor conception to their children in a simple and engaging way. The book is available for different family types and is free (excluding shipping) for families who have used Cryos donor sperm.

Donor identity release
Some donor-conceived individuals are curious to know more about their donor, beyond the information on the donor profile. If the donor is ID Release, a child can obtain identifying information about their donor from Cryos once they turn 18. To support this process, we provide free counselling services for donor-conceived individuals, helping them navigate the emotions and questions that may arise when considering contact with their donor. Our trained counsellors are here to guide and support you and your family through this journey.
