Home insemination success rates
Success rates from home insemination vary from one woman to another. They depend on factors like your fertility, age, and whether the home insemination process has been performed correctly.
A study from 2015 published in Human Reproduction researched the difference between the success rates from ICI and IUI treatments performed with frozen donor sperm. Based on a large sample of data, the study found no significant difference between success rates achieved via ICI and IUI when performed in a natural cycle.

Which factors affect your success rates?
Many factors influence your success rate when performing home insemination with donor sperm. Factors like your general health, BMI, age, and luck can affect whether you need two or four rounds of treatment to receive a positive pregnancy test. To increase your chances of pregnancy, we recommend that you track your ovulation for a couple of months and consult your doctor for professional advice before starting treatment.
The success rate for IUI treatment is around 18%, and it is widely known that home insemination is slightly less effective than IUI. Follow the link to read out tips on how to make home insemination successful.
