<h2>Prices for shipping and delivery</h2>
The shipping price depends on the destination and your choice of <a href="/en-gb/dk-shop/private/how-to/how-to-order-donor-sperm/shipping-and-delivery/">shipping method</a>. We recommend that you talk to your clinic and follow their recommendations or preferences regarding shipping methods before ordering donor sperm.&nbsp;
Late order fee: If we receive your order after 12.00 PM on the weekday before shipping, you will be charged a late order fee. Please note that late orders can only be processed if they are paid by credit card.

Quota reservation

At Cryos, you can buy access to pictures of selected ID Release Donors (with Extended Profiles) as adults. After buying access you can see all photos available on the donor profiles. The access lasts for 3 months.

Genetic Matching

<a class="Hyperlink SCXW256091611 BCX0" href="/en-gb/dk-shop/private/how-to/how-to-choose-a-sperm-donor/donor-exclusivity/" target="_top" rel="noreferrer noopener">Donor Exclusivity</a> means that no other family can use this donor&rsquo;s donations from Cryos. In addition to the exclusivity rights, the price of Donor Exclusivity includes:

<li>All sperm straws in stock from the exclusive donor</li>
<li>10 years&rsquo; storage of the sperm straws at Cryos&nbsp;</li>
<li>3 free shipments</li>
</ul>
To get Donor Exclusivity, you must make a one-off payment of EUR 45,000 (incl. VAT). Furthermore, you must pay for all sperm straws in stock from this donor. This means the total cost of donor exclusivity depends on the number of straws in stock from this donor.&nbsp;

Donor Exclusivity

When you&nbsp;make a&nbsp;<a class="Hyperlink SCXW196514261 BCX0" href="/en-gb/dk-shop/private/how-to/how-to-order-donor-sperm/reservation-for-later-use/" target="_top" rel="noreferrer noopener">reservation of donor sperm for later use</a>, you pay for the straws and a reservation fee for having the straws stored at Cryos.

 Please note: When making a reservation of donor sperm, the straw price will include VAT. If you later on decide to have the reserved straws delivered for treatment outside the EU, the VAT amount will be refunded.&nbsp;
Refund policy
Cryos offers a full refund if you cancel your reservation within the first 14 days from the date of the reservation. If you later decide to terminate the reservation, Cryos offers a refund of 75% of the original donor sperm price within the first three years, with a reduced refund amount up to five years after making your reservation:

<li>Within 14 days: 100% refund of the original price of the donor sperm</li>
<li>Within 3 years: 75% refund of the original price of the donor sperm</li>
<li>From 3 years to 4 years: 50% refund of the original price of the donor sperm</li>
<li>From 4 years to 5 years: 25% refund of the original price of the donor sperm</li>
<li>More than 5 years: No refund available&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 Please note that refunds are only available for sperm straws that are still stored at a Cryos location.&nbsp;&nbsp;
When a reservation is terminated, Cryos is entitled to release the remaining sperm straws for others to purchase.

Reservation of donor sperm

At our departments in Denmark, you can have a sperm quality analysis to learn the quality of your own sperm. &nbsp; &nbsp;
The price of a sperm quality analysis is: EUR 95 / DKK 703 (incl. VAT).

Cryos offers to <a href="/en-gb/dk-shop/private/how-to/other-services/sperm-storage/">freeze and store your sperm</a> so you can use it at a later date. Once the sperm is frozen it can be stored for the rest of your life (there is no expiration date). Please note that this service requires physical attendance at one of our locations in Denmark.

Sperm freezing and storage (Denmark only)

Cryos cooperates with selected Danish clinics to offer help with <a href="/en-gb/dk-shop/private/how-to/other-services/use-a-known-donor/">the Known Donor process</a>. Please note that this service is only accessible at one of our departments in Denmark.
Using a Known Donor means, that instead of finding a sperm donor via our Sperm Donor Search, you use a donor that you somehow know already, e.g., a friend or someone you have decided to co-parent with.
When you choose to use a Known Donor, you purchase a package deal containing the following: &nbsp;

<li>1, 2, or 3 prepared sperm sample(s)</li>
<li>Sperm analysis</li>
<li>Blood and urine sample testing for infectious diseases (no later than 7 days after the first donation) &nbsp;</li>
