I have received a notification regarding a sperm donor – what do I do?
If straws from sperm donors are put in quarantine or get permanently blocked, Cryos will send a notification to all clients who have placed an order of his sperm directly with Cryos for delivery at a clinic. We will also notify the receiving clinic.
From the donor’s profile, you can download important donor information specifying the suspected condition. If you have any questions related to the report, please feel free to contact our Customer Care, who will respond or relay the query to our Genetics team. In rare cases, it might be necessary to have a consultation with our Genetics team.
