How much does Genetic Matching reduce the risk of passing on recessive disease?

Despite a positive Genetic Match with the donor, we cannot eliminate the risk of the child developing a genetic disease. There will always be a small residual risk, as not all genes will be examined, and new or unknown mutations cannot always be identified using matching either.
